Copper plays important role in the production of red blood cells, iron absorption, growth and development of tissues in the body and support the immune system connectors. The new study by researchers at Berkeley Lab and the University of California shows that copper plays important role in fat metabolism and is essential to break down fat cells and energy production. Whatever the amount of copper in the body is more, the fat decomposition doing more. Married people are more likely to survive after a heart attack
One study shows that in married people the risk of die by heart attack is 14 percent less than single patients. As the report of "Salamat News" quoted by IRNA, English researchers in this pilot study was based on medical records of 25 thousand people, found the risk of death by heart attack is 14 percent less in married people than single people. In addition to this, divorced people are seven percent more in the risk of death by heart attack than singles, which this is likely due to increasing the stress caused by social isolation. As the report of Guardian, patients who participated in this study were in risk of heart attack from 2000 to 2013 in hospitals at the north of England, their average age was 67 years old and 60% of them were male. Researchers examined hospital duration of hospitalization of these people and realized that married people after having a heart attack were hospitalized an average only six days that was two days less than the single patients, but divorced patients spent seven days in the hospital. Researchers think the physical and psychological support of the married patients possibly is substantial improvement, but divorce and its consequences such as stress have negative impact on survival after a heart attack or length of hospital stay during they are in the hospital. Kate Bennett, a psychologist at Liverpool University who was not involved in this study, said: the major cause of physical health and wellbeing is not only marriage, but also stable loving relationships leads to mutual social support.
